Decent Apparel is a made-to-measure clothing company that eliminates sizing from the customer experience, and all of the pain points that come with, by combining smartphone scanning technology with high quality apparel, delivering custom-fit clothing without compromise.
With a team that’s been behind some of the last decade’s most beloved DTC brands, and the expertise of the most prestigious apparel manufacturers in the world, Decent Apparel is a new way to buy clothing where all customers can feel confident in their size without the waste and inventory issues that most brands can’t solve today.
1. Download the app for iOS or Android to perform the body scan and setup your account.
2. Scan in the Decent Apparel app. The process should take two minutes and captures 200 measurements. Watch scan video here.
3. Customize the fit of your pants and shirts, as well as your collar and cuff type as you add items to your cart.
4. Orders arrive in 3 - 4 weeks. Custom means just for you and how you want it to fit. Wear your new clothes made for you.
(If you order Decent Apparel gear, it’ll arrive in 7 - 10 days.)
All orders are shipped via UPS with delivery 3 - 4 weeks after purchase and successful scan via the Decent Apparel App (iOS or Android).
Every piece is made uniquely for you. If after trying on your new clothing you are not satisfied, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from receipt of your order. We believe this personalized experience requires personalized support.
Our secure smartphone body scaning technology is integrated into the Decent Apparel app. In order to create your size and make your order, you'll need to download and complete a scan in the app which in total should take between to 5 minutes.
Your scan will be then be matched to your order today and all orders in the future. You can download & scan before or after your first order.
We recommend updating your scan every six months to ensure any changes to your measurements can be incorporated. Today and always, there is no cost to scan and unfortunately we cannot produce your order without a completed scan.
We know downloading an app to order a dress shirt sounds daunting. We believe it's the key to your new favorite, perfect-fitting dress shirt.
Your front and side scan images are uploaded into our processing system to create your size specifications. When processing is complete, your scan images are deleted.
We link your scan and your order by your email address! Please use the same email address when creating both accounts.
We haven’t built this functionality. Down the road, we hope to either build the functionality to allow ordering within the app or to scan without the app. We have a lot to learn in the meantime in hearing from you our customer (or soon to be customer!).
Upon special request, we can add a monogram. Depending on interest, this is something we will offering more broadly upon ordering. Let us know at email@example.com if you’re hoping to place an order for an item with a monogram and we’ll see what we can make happen!
