The Decent Apparel app uses secure scanning technology on your phone to capture 200 measurements, which some have said is remarkably, or "magically", accurate. We are constantly using data and feedback to improve the accuracy of our process, but rest assured, in the rare occurance your clothing does not arrive to our perfect fit standard, we will work with you to make proper adjustments.
No, your front and side scan images are processed on your iPhone, using its security, to create your size specifications. When processing is complete, your scan images are deleted. What we can see only helps us determine whether your scan was successful or if there is an issue we need to correct.
